If you choose ConPass, your conference data is always accessible through the app's Conference Market. If you choose one of our Branded apps, your app can be downloaded directly from the app stores.

Internet access is only required once to download a conference. After that, all of the data is available in the app, making it easy to access while traveling or at sites without a WiFi connection.

Last minute changes are not a problem. Conference Compass can publish updates to the program before and even during your conference. Just keep in mind that your attendees will need internet access to receive the updates.

Navigate with ease

Venue maps help your attendees find their way once they are at the conference. Attendees can zoom and scroll the maps to focus in on the areas they need. Links in session and exhibitor entries make it easy to quickly find specific locations. You can even highlight the location of your main sponsors and exhibitors.

Personalize and share

The real power of the Conference Compass apps lies in the ability to create personal programs and to-do lists. The “My Briefcase” section stores your attendee's program selections, to do's, notes and tags.

You can add a Note to anything in the program and retrieve it through My Briefcase.

Attendees can create also custom Tags, such as “useful for new research project” or “download slides”, and attach them to presentations, persons and exhibitors

Sharing

Sharing content with others is easy – simply export to email or share via Facebook or Twitter. The Conference Compass apps help enhance the visibility of your conference by automatically adding the website URL or Twitter hashtag every time your attendees share content.
